What is your terms of payment?
30% deposit in advance, 70% balance paid off against the copy of bill of loading. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Yes, OEM service is available. We can print your provided logo on the battery case.
How to maintain the battery?
The battery should be stored in a clean, dry, ventilated, and dark environment. Keep it fully charged and recharge it every 3 to 6 months.
What is the policy for defective batteries under warranty?
Please provide photos and descriptions of the defective batteries. Once confirmed, replacement units will be sent as compensation in your next order.
