1. Damage/Loss Recording: The recipient must clearly indicate the name and number of damaged/lost items on the front of the POD. Required documents: Packing list, invoice, product pictures (before & after), and official proof of loss from the transportation company.
2. Timeline: Feedback must be provided within 3 days after signing. Late submissions will not be accepted.
3. Accuracy: Packing lists and invoices must be consistent. Inconsistencies will lead to refusal of compensation.
4. Mechanical/Fragile Items: We are not liable for internal mechanical failures if the outer packaging is intact. Fragile items (glass, ceramics, etc.) are protected against loss only; ensure robust internal protection.
5. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, war, customs inspections, strikes, or severe weather.
